Check your spam/junk folder first — Dodo Payments sends the key from their system. If it's not there after 15 minutes, email us at support@litedaemon.xyz with your order email or Dodo order ID and we'll resend it immediately.
Each key activates up to 2 devices. To free a slot: open LiteDaemon on the old device → Settings → Deactivate Device. If you no longer have access to the old device, email us and we'll reset your activation count.
Check your original purchase email from Dodo Payments — it contains a link to your customer portal where you can cancel anytime. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours.
Ensure your microphone is set as the default input device in Windows/macOS settings. For BYOK users, verify your OpenAI API key has sufficient credits. If the issue persists, file a bug report on GitHub with your OS version and LiteDaemon version.
